Program Manager 2, HIV/STI/SSP/TB
NEOGOV is seeking a Program Manager 2 for the Spokane Regional Health District, focused on HIV, STI, SSP, and TB programs. This role involves programmatic oversight, managing teams, developing community partnerships, and ensuring effective public health strategies to mitigate disease spread.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the direction of program operations, policies, procedures, and program standards
Directs and manages employees, including coaching for continued growth and development to assure employees are trained and equipped to perform their duties, including special projects and cross training
Prepares, monitors, and analyzes program budgets, including grants
Develops, implements, and reviews policies and procedures affecting employees and program operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related fields such as public health, business or administration
Five years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when working with confidential information, records, and documentation
Valid motor vehicle license required to access multiple sites in a timely manner
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field, such as public health, administration, social service provision, business, or communications
Experience in planning, contracts management, budget oversight, coordination, group facilitation, and emergency response
