Responsibilities
Build and maintain frontend applications used by insurance brokers daily
Translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive UI/UX
Collaborate closely with product and design to ship features end to end
Work with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and data pipelines
Improve frontend performance, reliability, and developer experience
Establish and evolve frontend best practices, patterns, and tooling
Move quickly, prototype often, and iterate based on real user feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience building production frontend applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React)
Experience shipping 0 → 1 products or major features
Ability to work across the stack when needed, with strong attention to detail
Product-minded: you care deeply about usability, polish, and end-user experience
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
Humble, determined, and eager to learn
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and based in the U.S
Preferred
Experience building React applications for data-heavy or enterprise users
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Experience collaborating closely with designers or owning UI decisions
Exposure to AI-powered or workflow automation products
