Responsibilities

Assist the Order Management team in executing daily activities to ensure timely and accurate order movement
Work cross-functionally with Sales, S&OP, Transportation/Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives
Support vendor portals and compliance with vendor requirements and drive the reduction and elimination of fines
Drive improvement and efficiency initiatives within Order Management reporting and allocation processes
Prepare and deliver daily reports required by the team to execute their tasks effectively

Required

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Sophomore year or later, or graduate/Ph. D program at an accredited institution taking at least one class in the semester prior to the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program

Must provide own housing and transportation to/from work
Must provide proper work authorization
Must provide work availability from 12 weeks between May 2026 - August 2026 and be able to work 40 hours per week

Preferred

Previous entry level work experience strongly preferred
Strongly prefer candidates who live within a commutable distance
