Develop and implement advanced lifecycle marketing strategies using various channels like email, SMS, and push notifications
Utilize data-driven insights and AI/ML models to enhance customer experiences and retention
Drive key product adoption metrics through gamification, segmentation, and personalized engagement strategies
Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey, including crafting detailed program schedules and managing stakeholder expectations
Analyze performance through key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and continuously optimize strategies for customer growth and retention
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in CRM marketing channels, particularly email marketing
Proficient in leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML, and personalization technologies
Ability to manage projects effectively using project management tools such as Asana or Jira
Develop and implement advanced lifecycle marketing strategies using various channels like email, SMS, and push notifications
Utilize data-driven insights and AI/ML models to enhance customer experiences and retention
Drive key product adoption metrics through gamification, segmentation, and personalized engagement strategies
