Responsibilities
Resolving aged AR balances through research and customer outreach
Proactive phone/email collections with documented follow-up cadence
Investigating disputes, credits, and misapplied payments
Partnering with billing and internal teams to resolve issues
Maintaining accurate documentation in ERP/CRM systems
Supporting SOX-compliant processes and reporting
Experience with liens and lien waivers is strongly preferred
Qualification
Required
3+ years of commercial collections experience (or equivalent)
Strong ERP experience (D365 / Financial Operations a plus)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros preferred)
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and professionalism
Preferred
Experience with liens and lien waivers is strongly preferred
