Responsibilities
CDV processing - Debt Buyers. May include any of the following:
Assisting with the review and processing high volumes of issues received directly from the firm's clients (Resurgent, Cavalry and Midland with highest volumes) CDVR reviews (in progress/temp hardships)
CDVR reviews (in progress/temp hardships)
Client issue reporting - through logs or client specific systems (IPACS, Chatter, DebtNext)
Documenting accounts for CDV document processing (VOD, fraud, paid prior, hardship)
Volume will vary per day and assignment- average of 1700 client direct issues received per month (excluding original creditors and Trak)
Qualification
Required
Minimum: Highschool diploma or equivalent required
Working knowledge of Microsoft office is required
Preferred
Minimum (2) two years experience in compliance, Quality assurance or audit role is preferred
Experience in collections or financial industry preferred
