Responsibilities
Manage daily IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms
Ensure infrastructure uptime, availability, performance, and capacity planning
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL/ITSM best practices
Oversee monitoring, alerting, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, GCP as applicable)
Drive operational efficiency, automation, and continuous service improvement
Collaborate with service desk, application, security, and architecture teams
Manage infrastructure vendors, SLAs, contracts, and operational budgets
Ensure compliance with security policies, audits, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop IT operations and infrastructure teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT operations or infrastructure management roles
Strong technical knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN), virtualization, and storage
Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure models
Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and service delivery management
Hands-on experience with monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
ITIL certification (ITIL v3 or ITIL 4)
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Experience managing enterprise or large-scale infrastructure environments
