Senior Property & Casualty Project Manager
KPG99 INC is seeking an experienced Senior Property & Casualty (P&C) Project Manager to lead complex technology and business initiatives within the Commercial Lines segment of the P&C insurance domain. This role requires deep industry knowledge and strong leadership capabilities to manage full-cycle project delivery in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Lead complex technology and business initiatives within the Commercial Lines segment of the P&C insurance domain
Align business and technical stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver high-quality outcomes across large-scale insurance programs
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Project Management experience
5+ years of direct experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
Strong expertise in Commercial Lines of Business (e.g., GL, WC, BOP, Commercial Auto, Excess, Specialty)
Solid understanding of core P&C insurance processes: Policy Administration, Rating & Pricing, Underwriting workflows, Claims, Billing, Regulatory & Compliance
Experience leading large system implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar
Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar systems
Proven experience working with distributed teams and external vendor partners
Preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other project management certifications preferred
