Responsibilities
Creatively build out the Group Personal Excess Liability Specialty Group as a niche offering within the Private Client division
Develop strategies to market, sell, and educate clients and producers about the program
Establish best practices for the program, ensuring operational excellence and scalability
Work closely with producers to promote the program and drive sales
Develop educational materials and resources to enhance understanding of the program among clients and internal teams
Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for Gallagher colleagues across the organization
Oversee and manage a team responsible for servicing the business
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
Interface with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and tools to support the program
Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Must hold appropriate licensing as required
Able to travel up to 25% of the time
Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality
Previous experience in managing client relationships essential
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Proven experience in personal excess liability insurance or related fields
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically to build out niche programs
Expertise in establishing best practices and operational processes
Familiarity with technology systems and tools relevant to insurance programs
