Trilogy Consulting is supporting a well-established healthcare technology company that delivers diagnostic and medical device solutions to hospitals and clinics across the U.S. This remote, part-time Project Manager role focuses on managing customer orders and improving processes for order and delivery functions.

Responsibilities
Managing multiple customer orders simultaneously from booking through delivery and closeout
Leading customer kickoff calls to align on scope, timelines, and expectations
Coordinating delivery, installation, and training schedules with internal teams
Providing clear, proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders
Tracking milestones, changes, and risks in the system of record
Ensuring project and order data is accurate, current, and easy to understand
Standardizing workflows and customer touchpoints
Improving visibility into order status, schedules, and resource availability
Helping reduce manual handoffs, follow-ups, and ad-hoc status requests
Making systems and processes easier for customers and internal teams to navigate
Qualification
Required
4+ years in project management, order management, operations, or customer delivery roles
Experience working with or around hospitals or clinical environments
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Ability to manage high volumes of parallel work without losing detail
Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and/or project tracking tools
A process-oriented mindset with strong documentation habits
