Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making
Partner with executive leadership to analyze financial performance, trends, and variances
Oversee project-based financial tracking using NetSuite and SuiteProjects, including margin analysis and cost controls
Ensure accurate application of percentage-of-completion accounting for services engagements
Support ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance, including contract review, revenue schedules, and audit readiness
Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and board-ready financial materials
Prepare reporting package for parent organization
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and data quality
Collaborate with Accounting to align forecasting, actuals, and close activities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive FP&A or financial leadership experience within a services or professional services organization
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, including SuiteProjects
Demonstrated expertise in percentage-of-completion accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting
