As a Communications Intern, you will gain experience at the intersection of politics, journalism, and digital advocacy, working closely with the Communications team to support digital campaigns and elevate voices for global leadership.

Responsibilities
Write and edit articles for platforms such as Daily Kos, Medium, and our website
Monitor media coverage and identify strategic messaging opportunities
Support outreach to media outlets and media figures
Help plan media-related events, both virtual and in-person
Contribute to creative campaigns that mobilize public support for humanitarian aid
Collaborate with other interns on team-wide initiatives (e.g., launch events, donor outreach, Hill meetings)
Qualification
Required
Strong writing and editing skills
Interest in public policy, journalism, or political communication
Familiarity with social media trends and progressive digital media
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
