Responsibilities
Hold meetings to understand acquired company accounting policies and processes
Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices to meet GAAP reporting requirements
Project Manage the timeline for integration of accounting between companies
Ensure accuracy
Help train acquired teams on current parent systems and process
Document progress with updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of General Ledger experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels
Demonstrated the ability to be empathetic during change management
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
Preferred
CPA or equivalent certification
Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations
Previous Internal Audit experience
Exposure to M&A processes
