Responsibilities
Managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects
Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses
Evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans
Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, and resolution of issues
Conducts status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures
Partner with key business and technology stakeholders in the delivery of critical technology initiatives to meet our strategic goals
Proactively identifies and mitigates risks that impact projects
Change agent for project management best-practices
Qualification
Required
Has expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance to include:
Schedule management
Risk and issue management
Budget and financial management
Coordination and communication across teams
Managed large projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Managed large projects using Azure Boards
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree in a business or technology field of study
Preferred
The individual should be competent in all areas of project management
Experience working in a global, highly regulated financial institution
