Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling required) and Power BI
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and key business drivers
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Analytical Skills: Strong financial and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel modeling expertise; Power BI experience preferred
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly present complex financial information
Strategic Mindset: Proactive, strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach
Systems & Tools: Highly skilled with modern finance systems and applications, including Hyperion, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Anaplan, and related tools
Accountability: Self-starter who works independently, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership and pride in work quality
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred
Experience with planning tools such as Essbase is a plus
Power BI experience preferred
