Responsibilities
Ensure the development, enhancement and automation of daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and dashboards utilized throughout the parts, sales, service and rental divisions
Work daily on required and requested reporting needs of the organization
Schedule and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly reports to consistently meet deadlines
Serve as a primary point of contact for operational reporting to the Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst to collect data-related challenges from the organization
Collaborate meticulously with Financial Analysts to ensure all reports and dashboards accurately reflect financial results
Direct our reporting platform vendor (TARGIT) in the creation of data sources tables in preparation for display
Create dashboards and reports for use by the organization
Train employees as necessary in the correct interpretation of all dashboards and reports
Ensure all dashboards and reports are continually accurate and updated appropriately
Participate in all IT Department planning sessions and team meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related data field required
Strong computer skills in an MS Office environment, advanced skills in Excel required
Demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity with the ability to gain and maintain the trust of the organization
Ability to professionally and effectively communicate and collaborate with executives, managers, employees, vendors and customers
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple and often competitive projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to evaluate requests from the organization and prioritize according to department guidelines and ensure all work aligns with the stated strategic goals and critical success factors of the organization
Preferred
2-3 years of consecutive data-related experience preferred
