Cloud Sales - Google Cloud
Onix is a leading Google Cloud Partner that empowers businesses through data and AI-driven transformation. They are seeking a Cloud Sales Director/Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and driving business growth through strategic cloud solution sales.
Responsibilities
Lead prospecting and acquisition of new logos, building customer relationships from the ground up
Become a deep expert on customer businesses, understanding their technology strategies and growth plans
Develop and execute account strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Google Partners
Manage business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms
Drive business development, ensure operational excellence, and achieve sales targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of quota-carrying cloud or software sales/account management experience in a B2B software company
Proven experience in prospecting and building customer relationships
Preferred
Experience selling AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or large scale Data / App / Appliance (Teradata | Exadata | Netezza | Vertica | Snowflake ...to Big Query) modernizations
Experience leading cross-functional teams and partner collaborations
Expertise in commercial and legal negotiations
Experience working with Customer Engineers and technical leads for migration planning
Proven ability to cultivate C-level relationships and influence executives
Experience in acquiring new logos at scale and securing foundational workload
