Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of UI components using React.js and related libraries
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into fully functional, user‑friendly applications
Drive front‑end architecture decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
Integrate UI components with backend services built on .NET / C#.Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and supporting backend features when needed
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications
Implement efficient data access patterns using SQL Server and NoSQL databases (DocumentDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, etc.)
Write clean, testable, and reusable code following industry best practices

Qualification

Required

13+ years of professional software development experience
Around 8+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and performance optimization
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Solid experience with .NET / C#, including building APIs or backend services
Expertise with AWS or Azure cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, App Services, S3, CloudFront, Azure Functions, etc.)
Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server
Experience with NoSQL databases such as DocumentDB or Cosmos DB
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern DevOps practices, and Git‑based workflows
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Preferred

Experience with server‑side rendering (Next.js) or micro‑frontend architectures
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with performance profiling, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Fluent UI, Chakra UI, etc.)
