Identify opportunities and trends to define and prioritize product features based on customer needs
Build and lead high performing Product team
Oversee the entire Product lifecycle, develop and execute product roadmaps

Qualification
Required
8+ years of Product Management experience and 5+ years at the leadership level
Must be an exceptional People leader and people influencer with contacts in the external market
Thought Leader- Strong communication skills and ability to engage, bring along for the journey and influence
Product Strategy - Provide strategic leadership for product management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Service delivery, marketing, finance, legal, etc. to align product strategies with business goals
Market research - through strategic insights, identify opportunities and trends to define and prioritize product features based on customer needs
Build and lead high performing Product team
Oversee the entire Product lifecycle, develop and execute product roadmaps
