Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline through strategic outbound and high-intent inbound efforts, with the opportunity to engage with leadership and experience the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Run outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social
Qualify and convert inbound leads
Book meetings for Account Executives
Partner closely with AEs on account strategy
Maintain accurate CRM and activity data
Continuously refine messaging and outreach
Qualification
Required
1+ year SDR/BDR or SaaS sales experience
Strong communicator and self-starter
Metrics-driven and coachable
Interested in AI, data, and modern analytics
