Responsibilities

Working with Senior Process team to develop and execute DoE's for complex epitaxy processes
Working on data analysis, presentation and next steps for weekly update
Helping with hands on metrology work
Learning epitaxial equipment functional aspects and work on new product development where appropriate
Write clear and detailed reports for the work conducted during the internship period

Required

MS/PhD student
Ability to develop and execute DoE's for complex epitaxy processes
Experience in data analysis and presentation
Hands-on metrology work experience
Understanding of epitaxial equipment functional aspects
