Responsibilities
Assist with development, deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of custom applications
Maintain working knowledge of development tools (Visual Studio, Teamwork, DevExpress, etc.)
Provide second-level application support on apps developed by Premier One
Provide training and knowledge transfer to other staff members
Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2 years development in .NET Core environment utilizing Visual Studio 2019
Fluent in Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, database management, .NET Core framework, DevExpress
Demonstrated troubleshooting ability in software development
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server/writing SQL queries
Provide superior client service by resolving problems efficiently and responding quickly
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Ability to work efficiently with attention to details and quality of work produced
Ability to work with a myriad of personality types in a congenial and respectful manner
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with staff, clients, and the community
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment and be held accountable for results
Ability to organize and plan work with minimal supervision
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations or information with poise, tact, and diplomacy
Maintain an attitude of confidence, enthusiasm, and positivity
Willingness and ability to handle occasional after-hours needs (site-upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.)
