Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of insurance coverage matters, with an emphasis on third-party liability coverage
Analyze and litigate disputes involving duty to defend, duty to indemnify, additional insured status, policy interpretation, and reservation of rights
Draft pleadings, motions, coverage opinions, and other legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
Manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years of litigation experience
Admitted to practice in New York
Preferred
Prior insurance coverage experience preferred
