This role will focus on managing and enhancing GTN analytics, reporting, and forecasting while collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate deductions and accruals.

Responsibilities

Gross-to-Net Accruals & Analysis: Support monthly close by reviewing, validating, and booking GTN accruals (chargebacks, rebates, admin fees, returns, Medicaid)
Deduction Tracking: Monitor and analyze key deduction categories to ensure accurate financial reporting
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile GTN accounts to actuals, identify variances, and highlight trends
Forecasting: Assist FP&A leads in developing GTN forecasts, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses
Model Maintenance: Update GTN models with assumptions from business partners and historical data
Financial Planning & Analysis: Support commercial team in budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and analytics, including presentation preparation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Contracts teams to validate pricing, agreements, and product launches impacting GTN
Pricing & Contracting Support: Provide financial impact analysis for pricing or contracting changes
Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare and maintain GTN reports and dashboards
Automation Tools: Support implementation/refinement of GTN automation tools (Excel trackers, Power BI reports)
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to GTN processes and documentation
Compliance & Audit: Assist in refining compliance and audit procedures

Required

5+ years of experience with hands-on chargebacks and rebates reconciliation
Gross-to-Net Accruals & Analysis - monthly close process by reviewing, validating, and booking GTN accruals
Strong understanding of gross-to-net dynamics in generics (not just pharma/branded)
Understanding of applicable compliance requirements including IRS, GAAP & IFRS
Experience with iContracts, ModelN or a similar software
