Responsibilities

Coordinate hiring activities
Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, creating requisitions, drafting offer letters etc.)
Prepare and post job ads online
Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
Calendar coordination- scheduling meetings for recruiting team and interviews for all hiring teams and candidates
Greet and assist interviewees onsite
Maintain candidate database and other recruiting activity trackers
Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
Partner with various local teams and concierge team through new hire onboarding (e.g. coordinating orientation agendas, partnering with IT for equipment ordering, etc)

Required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills

Outstanding communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365
Highschool diploma, GED or equivalent required
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects
Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal
Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time

Preferred

Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
