Responsibilities
Coordinate Batching Schedules and Production: Ensure that batching schedules are met and that production aligns with planned timelines
Manufacture Products: Follow formulations provided by the Corporate Office to produce all products accurately
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining equipment, including keeping installation, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules up-to-date
Ingredient Receiving: Receive and unload ingredients from barges, railcars, and/or trucks at the manufacturing facility
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas clean and well-organized
Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety rules, and policies and procedures
Qualification
Required

Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Preferred
Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
