Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service for new and existing accounts
Promote and sell AMA's Managed IT and Telecom products
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Prospect and generate new sales opportunities
Develop and maintain strategic accounts
Generate proposals and presentations for potential customers
Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions
Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contract terms with clients
Ensure product pricing aligns with company standards
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
Update and maintain customer records in CRM and sales tracking tools
Qualification
Required
Three years of outside sales experience
Proficient using Windows-based software applications
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid driver's license and driving record within company standards
Preferred
Experience in Managed IT or Telecom sales preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Consultative selling experience in Managed IT or Telecom
Understanding of IT compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Bi-lingual/Español
