They are seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and execute daily operations related to social media marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, and campaign implementation.

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) — posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc
Monitor and engage with audiences: respond to comments & DMs, spark community interaction, and represent our clients with professionalism + personality
Track key metrics, gather insights, and prepare simple performance reports to improve engagement and reach
Maintain and optimize client accounts: bios, links, hashtags, highlights, and general profile consistency
Coordinate content calendars and assets with designers and editors to ensure on-brand execution
Support promotional launch periods and campaign scheduling
Creative Production including editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.); adding captions, hooks, transitions, b-roll, on-screen text, and trending audio where appropriate; create high-quality carousel posts
Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets
Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, including planning and executing campaigns across platforms
Experience in Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to optimize reach and engagement
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting compelling posts and communicating with diverse audiences effectively
Proficiency with analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of social media initiatives
Proven ability to work independently and within a remote, collaborative team environment
Familiarity with emerging social media trends and best practices is desirable
Prior experience in project management or working in a business operations support environment is a plus
