Responsibilities
You will be working with a team in the Employment and Training Technical Unit (ETTU) to ensure excellence in Alaska's delivery of employment and training services described in the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and other statewide programs, with a primary focus on conducting data validation, monitoring, legislative bill tracking, federal reporting, analyzing data, coordinating Rapid Response, and State Monitor Advocate program delivery

The ETTU provides the primary and highest level of technical support and troubleshooting for the Workforce Development and Workforce Services programs in the areas of project/program management, compliance, planning, analysis, training, service delivery, corrective action, and evaluation of program improvements
Your contribution to this team will be integral to helping statewide staff to support program participants while balancing performance and data management
