Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality metrics
Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities
Manage NCMR, quarantine, and lot qualification metrics
Review lot results and support product release decisions
Perform SAP stock movements and inventory adjustments
Maintain quality documentation and records
Support audits, inspections, and quality system compliance
Assist with training and quality process support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific discipline
1+ year experience in Quality Operations
Experience in a regulated environment (medical device preferred)
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
Strong data analysis and documentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Medical device industry experience
Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
Experience with quality metrics, MRB, and lot release
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Quality certifications a plus
