Client Service Associate
Venture Visionary Partners is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors in delivering excellent customer service. The role involves managing client inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication between clients and the Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively resolving clients’ issues and concerns
Efficiently manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
Prepare and maintain thorough client documents, reports, and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Facilitate communication between clients and the Relationship Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and phone correspondence
Assist in opening and closing client accounts, updating account information, and processing account transactions accurately (including documentation)
Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards
Generate and distribute periodic reports on client accounts, transactions, and performance metrics
Work closely with the Relationship Manager and other team members to achieve company goals
Attend meetings with the Relationship Manager and Financial Advisor to help foster understanding of the scope of work to take on more responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate degree in business related field helpful but not required. Equivalent work experience considered as substitute
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
One to two years of experience working in the financial industry preferred but not required
Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, and the ability to think strategically and solve problems
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric attitude
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities: proven ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change
