Responsibilities
Work in small teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results
Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure the client is satisfied throughout the engagement
Lead projects, including tracking metrics and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
Develop practical recommendations and look for opportunities to improve engagement profitability
Work alongside the client’s team, assisting with implementation tasks
Facilitating workshops with front-line workers and supervisors
Connecting with and motivating the client team
Developing skills of client team members when appropriate
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience working in Change Management, Operational Excellence, Production, MRO, Engineering, Supply Chain, and/or General Operations environments
Master's degree or MBA
Experience in working on and/or leading operational improvement projects and implementations
Strong interest in change management principles, methodologies, and leading organizational change efforts
Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing; specifically able to leverage Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in consulting or in client facing roles
Previous experience in managing, mentoring, or teaching
Ability to apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights, and develop solutions (doing so using Theory of Constraints framework is a plus)
Proven ability to frame projects and establish required governance to move projects forward, working with both internal and external teams
Ability and desire to travel to client site (expect ~80%, will vary by project)
