Customer Support Specialist HYBRID
Sarasota Box Office is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat
Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management
Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all customer interactions are logged appropriately
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and analyze customer data for continuous improvement
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
Must be willing to work some evening shifts from 3pm to 9pm
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening
Familiarity with data entry processes and basic analysis skills for reporting purposes
Competence in cash handling procedures when necessary
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
