VP US Client Relations
ADVANCE®AI is an exciting new technology-based SaaS company in the pharmaceutical service sector. They are seeking a VP, US Client Relations to drive business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion while collaborating closely with various teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Driving US business growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Identifying and engaging senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, SFE, medical excellence, and executive leadership
Leading complex sales cycles — from discovery through diligence to contract signature
Acting as a trusted partner to clients, helping them understand and act on AI-driven insights
Collaborating closely with Customer Success to tailor program scope and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Being part of quarterly business reviews and supporting long-term strategic planning
Working cross-functionally across a global matrix organisation to align strategy, delivery, and growth
Qualification
Required
Proven senior sales leader with a strong 'hunter' mindset and track record of success
Deep credibility within pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and/or medical organisations
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
Highly results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating under pressure
Strong analytical ability — spotting trends, making connections, and telling the story behind the data
Able to build trust quickly and develop long-lasting, commercially successful client relationships
Experience with tech or SaaS solutions
Sales, marketing, or medical leadership experience with P&L responsibility
