This role is responsible for managing plumbing sales, performing on-site estimates, and ensuring the successful execution of sold projects while providing technical support to plumbing technicians in the field.

Responsibilities
Perform on-site estimates, evaluate project scope, and develop accurate plumbing pricing
Manage active leads, pending estimates, sold projects, and ongoing jobs to ensure timely follow-up and completion
Communicate professionally with customers regarding estimates, approvals, scheduling, and project updates
Coordinate approved and sold work with dispatch, technicians, and management to ensure smooth execution
Provide troubleshooting guidance and technical support to plumbing technicians in the field as needed
Maintain accurate and organized records of estimates, proposals, approvals, and project notes within internal systems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address issues promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Maryland Journeyman Plumbing License
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and applicable code requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Plumbing Estimating: 5 years
Ability to Commute: Frederick, MD 21701
Preferred
Experience in plumbing sales, estimating, account management, or a related customer-facing role
Experience/familiarity with ServiceTitan
