Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models (forecasting, budgeting, pricing, unit economics)
Analyze margins, KPIs, and operating performance
Own core accounting and financial close processes
Support executive and board-level reporting
Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency
Support ERP and reporting infrastructure, including data integrity and process improvement
Assist with growth initiatives, including M&A, acquisition onboarding and new programs
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or similar roles
Well developed technology skills, including Excel proficiency, data analytics (i.e., pivot tables, etc.) and financial modeling
Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience a strong plus
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment
Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and follow through on multiple projects
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business
Preferred
Experience in services or multi-location businesses a plus
