Filming, managing and executing a 2 hour video shoot for our client
Communication on content strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels (portfolio required)
Strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling that feels native to each platform
Comfortable filming, editing, and delivering high-quality vertical video content
Skilled in tools like CapCut, InShot, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Ability to create content that balances creativity with marketing objectives
Understanding of hooks, retention, and content that drives engagement and action
Experience following brand guidelines while still bringing fresh creative ideas
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines
Self-starter who can work independently and take creative direction well
Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration
Must be based in Short Hills NJ
Must be available to work eastern standard time zone, ideally within 9-5pm during the work week
