Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Visas agile transformation goals
Lead end to end product lifecycle, discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, and rollout
Drive AI forward product development, leveraging ML and automation to deliver scalable solutions
Partner with Product Managers, Technology Leads, PMOs to collect requirements, validate solutions, and ensure adoption
Implement thoughtful change management plans for rollouts. Maximize engagement and minimize disruption
Monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve UX and business impact
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
5+ years of product leadership experience delivering client-facing software or internal tools
Proven experience building AI-first products and integrating AI/ML capabilities into user-facing solutions
Ability to deeply understand end‑user needs, advocate for intuitive and seamless experiences, and ensure product decisions reduce friction and deliver meaningful, effortless value for users
Analytical, data-driven decision-making and performance measurement experience
Proficiency in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban and experience driving agile adoption
Hands-on experience with product planning, prioritization, and execution using Jira Align and Jira
Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new tools and processes. Identification and management of risks during rollout and adoption phases
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience creating high-quality executive-ready presentation content using PowerPoint and Figma
Ability to stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and apply them to internal productivity tools
