Responsibilities
Manage the customer sales process from beginning to end
Buy and sell watches while adhering to company guidelines and best practices
Schedule appointments via phone and email
Greet customers and answer queries about the watches on display
Negotiate prices to secure the best possible deal
Handle after sales process to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience
Qualification
Required
1+ years of sales experience, including communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person
Results-driven, comfortable working with KPIs
Knowledgeable about luxury timepieces and have a passion for horology
Someone who is hungry, curious and ambitious
Customer Service skills
