Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical positions, executive roles, and campus recruitment initiatives
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and Taleo to identify high-caliber candidates efficiently
Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers
Negotiate employment offers, contracts, and employment terms to secure top talent while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws
Manage relationships with external agencies, social media channels, and job boards to enhance employer branding and candidate outreach efforts
Utilize HRIS systems like SAP PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and Paychex for applicant tracking, onboarding, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes
Engage in proactive talent sourcing through cold calling, research, and lead generation techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline
Support internal recruiting initiatives such as succession planning and training & development programs to foster career growth within the organization
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
Collaborate on HR sourcing strategies related to employee relations, employee engagement surveys, and performance management systems
Stay informed on industry trends in recruiting technology like Salesforce integrations or HRIS updates to optimize recruitment workflows

Required

Proven track record of successful recruiting across multiple disciplines including technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and sales roles
Extensive experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo or Workday; familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro is highly desirable
Strong negotiation skills coupled with a deep understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality candidate engagement
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates at all levels of seniority
Experience conducting interviews using structured behavioral techniques; adept at assessing technical skills and cultural fit
Familiarity with onboarding processes including employee orientation programs and contract management procedures such as those involving Kronos or Paychex systems
Ability to work collaboratively within HR teams while independently managing sourcing projects from inception to completion
Full cycle recruiting: 8 years (Required)
