Business Development Executive - Outside Sales| Security Integration & Construction Trades
Complex Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a pure hunter role focused on security integration and construction trades. The BDE will be responsible for new logo acquisition, outbound prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

Prospect and develop new business within:
Security integration
Low-voltage and structured cabling
Construction, general contractors, and subcontractors
Property management, facilities, and commercial end users
Execute consistent outbound activity including cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
Walk jobsites and call on decision-makers such as GCs, project managers, estimators, and facilities leaders
Identify project-based and recurring revenue opportunities
Conduct discovery meetings to understand technical and operational needs
Present security and integration solutions clearly and confidently
Build and manage your own sales pipeline in CRM
Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
Coordinate internally for estimating, engineering, and post-sale handoff
Qualification
Required
Field-proven Business Development Executive with experience selling into security integration, low-voltage systems, construction, or adjacent trades
Ability to create opportunities, open doors, walk jobsites, and close new business
Responsible for new logo acquisition within the security integration and construction ecosystem
True outside sales role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship development, and closing new accounts
Own the full sales cycle—from first contact through signed agreement—with a strong emphasis on hunting, pipeline creation, and closing
Prospect and develop new business within security integration, low-voltage and structured cabling, construction, general contractors, and subcontractors, property management, facilities, and commercial end users
