Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, government regulations, and environmental considerations
Lead site surveys, manage contract execution, and oversee project lifecycle from start-up to closeout
Coordinate and manage infrastructure repair projects using specialized cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods
Select and collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and project profitability
Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and track project costs using Primavera P6 software
Handle permitting, material procurement, and contract administration, ensuring timely project delivery
Attend key meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and maintaining strong communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years of hands-on construction management experience, or 5+ years of experience managing construction projects with an annual portfolio of $1MM+ strongly preferred
Valid driver's license is required with a clean motor vehicle report
Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 10%+ of the time
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
A strong grasp of basic Accounting and Finance principles is highly desirable
Prior experience in water/sewer systems or municipal projects is a significant advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential
Preferred
Experience with Primavera Unifier and JD Edwards software is a plus
