Entry, Mid LevelQuality One is seeking an IT Programmer/Analyst to provide application support and integration management within their IT organization. The role involves designing and developing integration points between various systems, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and supporting testing and implementation of applications.

Responsibilities
Design, manage, and develop integration points between eCommerce platforms, Order Management Systems, Financial Systems, Demand Planning Systems, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
Analyze system and application issues, determine root causes, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations
Compile, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports and support decision-making
Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of applications and integrations
Follow IT best practices while contributing to the development and improvement of company-wide standards and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#/.NET and JavaScript
Experience building and integrating REST APIs in production environments
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, including SuiteScript, and working with JSON and XML data formats
Working knowledge of Visual Studio or similar development environments
Solid understanding of relational database design and the ability to write and optimize SQL queries
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate alternative solutions and make sound recommendations
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with end users and technical teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely present technical information
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs
Ability to work on-site
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to work on computers, type, and view monitors for long periods of time
Must be able to speak, read, write English fluently
Must be available on nights & weekends as required
Must be flexible in swapping out weekday shifts for weekend shifts as required
In the event of an emergency must be available at all times to ensure that all systems are functional and meet a minimum viable product status
Preferred
Spanish Language is a plus but not required
