New Grad, Entry LevelCodeWords is seeking a Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to develop engaging video content that enhances their social media presence. The role involves end-to-end content creation, storytelling, and adapting multi-platform strategies to effectively communicate the brand's message and grow its audience.
Responsibilities
End-to-end content creation: Concept, script, film, edit, and publish short-form video content primarily across TikTok and Instagram
Product & use-case storytelling: Show how easy it is to start using CodeWords and highlight real business automation use cases in a clear, engaging way
On-camera brand presence: Serve as a recurring on-screen face of the CodeWords brand
Multi-platform strategy: Adapt formats, tone, and pacing across channels to maximise reach and engagement
Brand building: Help grow and humanize the CodeWords brand with clarity, personality, and humor
Short-form video content - this is our primary focus
Quick intros to how CodeWords works to bring awareness
Quick-start guides
Use case tutorials
Well-timed reactive or trendy content that’s still relevant to the CodeWords brand
Long-form video content - this will be a focus in the long-term
Tutorial content and step-by-step guides
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content
Strong storytelling instincts: hooks, pacing, clarity
Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Solid video production and editing skills
Clear, concise writing and communication
Experience working in or with startups
Preferred
Familiarity with no-code tools, AI coding tools, APIs, or workflow automation (or a strong desire to ramp up fast)
Experience with B2C, SaaS, or AI products
Experience building repeatable content series
