Responsibilities
Design and execute a scalable content strategy aligned with business goals
Support GTM enablement for new products and features
Act as a bridge between product, enablement, and marketing teams
Create and maintain SOPs for enablement programs
Choose the right content formats (webinars, guides, worksheets, etc.)
Build and manage a centralized content library
Repurpose existing content for new programs and audiences
Manage content translations with internal teams and external vendors
Create enablement content end-to-end (from needs gathering to release)
Partner with product, marketing, creative, and agency teams
Join multiple calls to align on priorities, timelines, and content delivery
Review performance of content and improve based on impact
Qualification
Required
Strong project management and organizational skills (multiple workstreams at once)
Excellent writing and content strategy skills (planning what content to share, when, how, approvals, and cadence)
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
5–8+ years in content strategy, enablement, education, marketing, or communications
Preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
Preferred
Background in graphic design or creating visually engaging content
Experience working with creative agencies
Familiarity with client or SaaS products
