3+ years expBasis is a company that equips accountants with a team of AI agents to streamline workflows. They are seeking a Solutions Consultant who will lead value-based demos, serve as a finance expert, and partner with Account Executives to manage complex sales cycles.

Lead value-based demos that show prospects how AI agents transform the month-end close, reconciliations, audit and tax workflows, and more
Serve as the finance expert—ready to field questions on technical accounting, compliance, and integrations
Own security and IT questionnaires and guide prospects through technical due diligence
Drive technical qualification by identifying the best opportunities and running structured evaluations
Partner with Account Executives on strategy for complex cycles and enterprise deals
Ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales teams through clear knowledge transfer
Stay sharp on accounting practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
3+ years in accounting, finance, investment banking, or Private Equity
Break down complex problems into clear, repeatable steps
Explain technical concepts to both executives and accounting teams
Question assumptions and apply lessons to new solution
Excited to build foundations as we rapidly scale
Ready for high velocity, high responsibility environment
Prefers in-person collaboration in our NYC office
Preferred
Early stage startup experience
Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Bill.com, Ramp, etc.)
