Responsibilities
Execute projects in a timely and professional manner
Build and nurture positive relationships with team members and clients
Independently manage their caseload, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
Provide structured and factually accurate analysis and advice to clients, ensuring clear and direct communication at all stages of the litigation process
Effectively problem solve issues for the clients and the team
Qualification
Required
An attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive, and clear in communication
4 – 8 years of active litigation experience in commercial, construction, and/or real estate litigation in Colorado state courts
Aptitude and experience to plan and accomplish goals with efficiency and creativity, while working with a supervising partner or senior attorney
A professional with a proven record of problem solving capabilities
Excellent writing skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate, consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategies
Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado (licensed in CA is a plus)
Team player with a 'no task too small' attitude
Preferred

Experience taking/defending depositions
