Designing scalable, highly available CRM architectures

Leading end-to-end integrations using Azure services, APIs, and SSIS

Supporting data migration, reporting (SSRS/Power BI), and DevOps pipelines

Qualification

Required

Minimum 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) plus Powerplatform CoE experience with strong technical and client facing skills

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service - Must) and knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products

Experience setting up Powerplatform CoE and citizen Developer

Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Architect with strong experience in D365 Online & On-Prem

SOA-based integrations, and middleware (preferably MuleSoft)

Designing scalable, highly available CRM architectures

Leading end-to-end integrations using Azure services, APIs, and SSIS

Supporting data migration, reporting (SSRS/Power BI), and DevOps pipelines

Providing technical leadership, driving solution design, pre-sales/POCs, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders in an Agile environment

Preferred

Financial services domain exposure is a plus
