Responsibilities
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals and corporate requirements
Lead all aspects of operations to achieve revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targets
Manage the Plant P&L and enhance profitability through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices
Oversee production planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to meet customer demands
Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for production schedules, costs, quality, and inventory
Maintain best-in-class quality systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and execution
Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, manage capital allocations, and achieve financial goals
Lead and mentor a high-performance operations team, fostering talent development and retention
Align operational efforts with sales, marketing, engineering, and other departments to exceed customer expectations
Ensure adherence to safety policies, continuously improving workplace safety measures
Represent the company to corporate partners and supply chain stakeholders, upholding ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
Bilingual (Spanish)
5+ years of manufacturing operations experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost management strategies
Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in operational leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing P&L with a track record of financial and operational improvements
