Translate business problems into AI, analytics, and automation use cases
Build POC’s to work through business needs
Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver solutions
Leverage Copilot and/or Foundry to drive insights, workflows, and decision support
Define requirements, success metrics, and value cases for AI initiatives
Support model adoption, governance, and change management in a regulated environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Foundry
Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts
Experience working in regulated, risk-aware environments
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with AI governance, model risk, or compliance
Background in data platforms, cloud, or automation tools
